Прозвище г. Нового Орлеана, шт. Луизиана. В конце XIX - начале XX в. джаз [jazz] широко звучал в исполнении уличных музыкантов [New Orleans style] этого города и продолжает звучать и сегодня на улицах, в ресторанах и множестве джаз-клубов города.
